time to update i guess...

work has been busy and tiring...BUT, dear have join me..muahaha..dear got a job at inspection side...hehe, but he like enjoying life there, with higher pay then me too..haiz..

its been a week plus over at TÜV SÜD PSB (pronounce as tooth-suit) lol...
hmm..so much of QM there...quality is very de important leh..haha

been crazily busy..haiz..might have to OT next week if i cannot finish in time...

anyway this is de place where i fall in love with HR...i always thought it was very administrative and boring..but heck no..been doing de same staff as before..but still as fun..

Perf Appraisal - i have to churn out letters such as increment, promotion and merit letters... its mail merge all over again..i swear its not easy checking over 300 staff letters, making sure its properly done.. i certainly wasted alot of papers..haiz..

Recruitment- it is fun, if there weren't many candidates vying for de same post..haha.. i have to make sure every candidate and interviewers are avaiable for de same time slot..
i feel big when i call de candidate..muahahaha...
"morning, this is vani from TÜV SÜD PSB. we have recieve your resume and would like to invite you for an interview session next week...etc "...

Welfare: its de most troublesome de...haiz..i have to collate de number of shirts for de staff, sending out medical stuff, etc..

What i enjoy de most is walking around de huge company...haha..macham like engineering school..from chemical to mechanical to electrical testing services..haha..fun..

did i mention de pay? well its only 6.5/hr .. but it is still much better than $450 during IPP days..zzzzzz..haha

and i sure get fat there de...ghim moh (many MANY nice foodies) on wed and fri, holland v on thu and thurs ... weeeeeeeeeeee

i've started work at my IPP's comp as a temp HR assistant..doing de same things as before..
its been a year and its nice to noe that some things are still de same..haha..some ppl went and new ppl came in... hope i have fun...

went to Eski Bar at Circular Road...we were the only ones in there till later...
got myself a Eski Blue.. not bad but confirm not worth the $15++...
jus's sis de bf bought us back home...where i drop my hp in his class...great!!!

It is hotel stay with Becky and Sg at Amara...woots...excited..

its hella fun at korea... lotte world, everland and shopping. omg the face shop at korea is dirt cheap you noe. more than half the price. sadly, i only spent 50 bucks..cos never bring enough so must try to spent less...beside face shop, everything is EXPENSIVE. make that VERY EXPENSIVE. a bag of seaweed is already $16 omg...
their bags on avg is above 60 dollars... omg omg
so only manage to buy a skirt which cost 20k won at ard 32 dollars. furthermore, all most of the apparels are for fall and winter.. so not much choice for me...but their clothes are damn nice ok...ppl there dress until so well , even the little children dress nicer than me..zzz

now abt the weather...ITS FREAKIN COLD!!! i wore my cardigan, jacket, scarf and mittens and STILL feel cold... coldest was at 0.3 deg hottest was at 15 degs...crazy rite..zzz

Hwang Jin I (Ha) was probably the most famous Kisaeng (Geisha) in Korea. She was noted for her exceptional beauty, charming quick wit, and extraordinary intellect.
Her first love was with a young nobleman, Eun Ho (Jang) who promised her everlasting love. But he died from a broken heart when his parents object their relationship due to their different classes.
Since then Jin I turned cold to the people around her but yet was the most sought after Kisaeng at that time.
Her second love was yet another nobleman Jung Han ( Kim). Her love for him was deeper but sadly she have to let him go due to their unforbidden love.
Her only source to live was dancing. She aims to be the finest dancer in the nation.

Im so in love with this drama. From the characters to the plot to the korean arts, I love them all.
This has got to be one of the few kdramas that i cried so hard. Especially when Eun Ho died. Oh ya, Jang Geun Suk is 9 years younger than Ha Ji Won. Haha but they nevertheless won the best couple award. Although i prefer Ha and Jang together, but i would say Ha and Kim look more complatible.
Plus i never really care for Korean arts; the dancing, the music... But after watching this drama, i have to say their dancing are truly graceful and touching. Especially wearing those BEAUTIFUL hanboks.
The O.S.T oso not bad. Now playing de is the theme song.

So ya, do catch it if you are a fan of Ha Ji Won. Cause she really did a wonderful job as Hwang Jin I. You can tell since she won Best Actress for this perodic drama.^^

woot...attended my company's Dinner and Dance last nite...hehe

first time attended such a event...(stooooopid wdl no prom nite)...
so ya...bought my dress last minute...nth special, just a plain black dress (first time wear dress too >.<) which dear apparently thinks it looks like a nightie...hehe

me and Andrea were last minute additions...thus the last minute dress...sobs..oh well...

the night was awesome at Meritus Mandrain Hotel...nice hotel, nice table but alas the food are oh-so-not nice...sad...somemore my fave shark fin soup oso not nice...sad...

so many of the staff turn up...testing group, tech group, acad group and of course the coporate services group which include me..hehe

the best thing about last night was Gurmit Singh as PCK...lol...heard that he was expensive ...wooooo
he is damn funny as usual...but some of his jokes are a tad too insulting i guess...lol

finished at around 11....reach marsiling, dear pick me up...hehe..yeah^^

had a wonderful evening last night...
realli didn't expect anything when i was attached at TUV SUD PSB ...
but yeah, my supervisor treat me so good that she say she wanna fail me and ask me to come back to work for her, the lunch breaks are so good, ppl there are so super duper nice and of course, i never expect i would attend their D&D...haha

somehow i feel like working her next time ...lol...

HAPPY BELATED VDAY!!!

hmmm...started working le, at TUV SUD PSB Corp at science park. yawns...everyday wake up so early..zzz

posted to the HR department, everyday wear formal, next week no clothes to wear le (BEST >.<). HR is a girl thing ar, the department is full of girls, include me, there are 9 in all. lol

two of my supervisors used to be from nyp SBM too.. so qiao...they are like so friendly.
athought now i still do wat any other office girl will do (ie. filing and so on), but its great here. haha...

anyway, yesterday was vday...woohoo...a day i've been waiting for..

met dear after work at jurong. was actually searching for him at the platform, then i saw him with a bouquet of flowers... and then on, i couldn't stop smiling...=)

the flowers are like so B E A U T I F U L la ...6 orange and 6 red...nice nice, actually i wan all orange de (smth like perfect man the mv de bouquet) , but nvm , they are so pretty la...thx alot dear dear

i leh, gave him cookies which i baked ( a first for me..lol )... but then is too sweet and hard la, lol, but he still say he like.. yeah!!!

my life at CSC

it suxs totally.....................

more than 5 hours, i have the headset on my head...5 days a week...
pressing the numbers and waiting for someone to pick up the phone...
my job is to do data cleaning with the help of obtaining their particulars...

a week plus in the cold cold room at the fifth floor... i already had enough...
next week will be the last week at CSC / TEP...am i glad or wat...haha

callin and getin their info is alright...but gettin scolded was too much ...i wasn't even paid to do this shit ...damn u ppl...
its not as if i'm askin ur pin number to ur bank or smth...why so scared...zzz...i dun even noe u r rich or smth...

some are nice , some are from hell...lol

haiz...i typed all i wanna typed..
haha...just waitin for the last week to faster go...then it will be FREEDOM...

finally done with de fashion event ...
wee........
been so freakin tired ...zzz...stand at my booth for close to 5 hrs...
but its so much fun k ... all de stuff we gone thru to de event we run for de 3 days...
from callin up suppliers , settlin contracts n COD , logistic matters , performances n of course de event itself...
reach sch by 8 every morn to do opening n 4 plus de closin...left sch ard 6 plus after debrief...tiring days are not yet over...haha...still got two more events ...

next week is our block leave , startin from wed ... till next next tues...lol
finally can rest properly...i hope
so gonna miss de days with de EMRS peeps...haiz

theme is just bling it ...findin all those hip hop apparels n accersories that kinda stuff...
me, rach,chang n ben went to bugis first ...
while joee,claire n ronald went to little india...

its kinda weird i guess..but hella fun ...

first day do roadshow... ITS A SUCCESS...

we manage to hit de sales target of above 200 bucks...
however , it is said that there's a shortage of 30 bucks...so monday we will check everything again if not.. we have to pay le..lol

its a bit tirin ... but kinda fun.. expecially sellin stuff with so many great ppl^^
great job to all teams...

team 4 kena value shop..so kinda hard for them to sell... onli earn less than 50 dollars..haiz.. ke lian them..lol...but still .. guess they did have fun ...

thx for my dear frens hu came down and support me.. some buy .. most did not..zzz...its ok...lol...
